Our company focuses on the following two types of services.

Time and Materials

You hire developers, testers or graphic artists at an hourly rate billed to you monthly. This is good for testing out the offshoring experience. Just hire one to get you started and see how it works out, then slowly grow into a team as we work together to work out the communication wrinkles that can be common in cross-site communication.

Fixed Bid Projects

We bid on your software project and will build it at that price. This service is usually for much larger projects. Please note that the hourly rate that all outsourcing companies use for Time and Materials is always lower than the rate used when doing a Fixed Bid Project. This is because the outsourcing company takes on the risk. It is a simple matter of needing to be profitable. In general, outsourcing companies make more money on Fixed Bid Projects and you pay more. While sometimes our Bid may be higher than a competitor's bid, our Time and Materials offer is lower 95% of the time.

Q: What is better... time and materials or fixed bid projects?

A: Once you have worked for an outsourcing company, you quickly learn that fixed bid projects are a much more profitable business than time and materials. When you take on the risk, naturally you charge more. In general, If you can find outsourcing company doing time and materials, it is usually more for your money as long as you find a good company.
